Thomas Graphics Inc. uses the information you provide to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, manage printing projects, receive artwork, and communicate with you. Project forms may request your name, email, company, project specifications, deadline, notes, and files.

Our website is hosted by Cloudflare. Hosting providers may process technical request information such as IP addresses, timestamps, and browser details to deliver and protect the site. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics scripts on this website, and we do not store project information in your browser.

Project intake and artwork submission use Google Forms. Responses are stored in Google Sheets and uploaded files in Google Drive under TG’s control. Google may require sign-in, particularly for file uploads, and processes data under its own policies. Following a Google link takes you to Google’s service; it does not give this website access to your Google account.

Project files are restricted by Google Drive permissions and shared with the intended participants. The public website does not provide access to the internal job board. Keep sharing links private and use the account TG invited. Do not submit payment card details, passwords, or sensitive personal information in project forms or artwork notes.

Information is retained as needed to handle your inquiry, fulfill the project, support customer service, and meet applicable business obligations. Contact TG to ask about access, correction, or deletion. Deleting a record from active work may not immediately remove provider backups or records we need to retain.

We are developing AI-assisted workflows. This launch does not send customer forms or artwork to an AI service. Any future use will be reflected in our operating practices and this notice.
